Welcome to Mending America

Our Nation and the American way of life as we know it is in extreme danger from threats both foreign and domestic.  I ask you to join me in preserving the freedoms and life's liberties that our great nation was founded upon.  It is time for the silent majority to stand up and be heard, rather than letting our neighbor carry the flag and voice our cause, we must realize we are our neighbor, we must act and act immediately.

I pledge that as long as there is life in my body I will stand up and be heard.  I will tell all that will listen how I feel about the direction our country is headed and why I have deep concerns about it.  I will question the actions of our government when I feel it is wrong. I refuse to be politically correct to save the feelings of a few.  I refuse not to recognize that God and the freedom to worship one's God is one of the most important reasons for the founding of our great nation.  I firmly attest that it was the combination of God, guns, and the guts of our founding fathers that created our great nation. 

I understand the importance of these same three factors in keeping our county free as did our forefathers who had the wisdom and insight to create our constitution and the amendments known as the "Bill of Rights", to guarantee these three factors remain in the life of each and every American.  I have read our Constitution with it's amendments and the Declaration of Independence.  I challenge you to do the same.  These will be posted here in the very near future for your use.

To draw attention to myself and my grave concerns for the future of our way of life and our great country I will begin with tomorrows sunrise to fly our flag at both my home and from my vehicle.  I will display the most honored symbol of America upside down in the international signal for distress for all the world to see, and when asked or criticized about my actions I will explain my fear for our nation.  I will do my best to express this fear in a manner that the questioning party may be willing to stand up beside me and be heard as well.  So they to may display our beloved flag in an alike manner to draw further attention to these threats to our county and way of life.( I have spent the last few days at Ft. Stewart, GA attending a military memorial for one of my nephews.  It has been some time since I had the pleasure of spending time on and around one of our military bases.  It is easy to forget the pride and honor that exists there for both our country and for our military personnel and their families.  With this in mind I must recant my pledge to display our honored flag upside down in a manner of distress.  It is my humble opinion that this act may be construed in a negative manner by the members and families of military personnel.  I will continue to bring attention to our cause and fight for the American way of life until the end of my days.)  

I ask that you to join me in this effort to mend our nation.  Show your concern and fear to the world, display our flag at home and on your vehicle upside down and let all know we face danger from both afar and within.  Stand up, be seen, be heard, and above all VOTE to save our great nation and way of life.
